Gabby - Gabriel is my little brother, he is the reason why Brunch is more than just Brunch to me. Growing up in Canada, Brunch was a family tradition and a lifestyle.
Gabby and I grew up in a household where cooking was pretty much mandatory! Our mother was (and still is) an amazing cook and her specialty was breakfast. Every Sunday we would sleep inn and enjoy a family brunch together, it was our favorite day of the week and I have kept the best memories.
Brunch was our happy moment, through thick & thin I don't remember not enjoying breakfast with my only brother. I always promised him that one day we'd have our own restaurant, little did he know it would be located so far from Montreal, in the center of Barcelona and that I would name it after him.
We understand gastronomy as the art of inspiring through taste, by travelling through ingredients and flavours. That is why all we offer is 100% homemade, with the best local and seasonal products.
When starting this project, I was extremely blessed to meet Chef Hector. He understood my vision and made Gabby's menu unforgetable, together we worked on creating the most creative Cuisine. Chef Hector has worked in many countries around the globe and has a true passion for creating new flavours and delivering experiences through each dish he creates. In this rapidly growing Brunch industry, our goal was to create a different brunch with a true identity and a true passion for Haute Cuisine.
As Gabby's grows, so does our team and we can't thank them enough for their efforts & constant motivation. Our team has turned into a true family. They make everything possible!
